With continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma (LSS), I have over 20 years of experience and am a certified Master Black Belt (MBB). Experience includes both practical, such as implementing improvements on the shop floor, as well as strategic, for example, in my role as LSS program manager at PostNL. In addition, I conduct all types of LSS training from introductory training to the MBB training and supervise many project leaders in their improvement projects. As a consultant, I advise but more so guide and co-organize continuous improvement in organizations.
In my career, I have also gained extensive knowledge and experience in performance management, including behavioral coaching. Studying mathematics, with a major minor in psychology, showed early in my career the drive for both content and people. Because of the diversity of roles I have had the opportunity to perform, I also have knowledge of finance, strategy, marketing and sustainability.
