I get energy from working with others to improve; looking for how things can be done better and doing it. Therefore, my personal ambition and desire is to get out of others and myself what is in them: to work for better outcomes. Train, coach and collaborate on improvements under the motto, “there is always a better way.”
I am practical and results-oriented with quality being paramount. Through my coaching and stimulating way of working, I know how to convince people. As a team-player, I am open to ideas from others and understand better than anyone that working well together leads to the best results. As a bridge builder, I am someone who has an eye for his surroundings both internally and externally. My way of working has an enthusiastic effect on those around me.
