By continuing to look critically at processes, analyzing them together and improving them, we create an ever finer environment in which to learn, work and live. So I like to use my analytical skills as a process technologist for that. Using Lean Six Sigma principles, I ensure that waste and outliers in processes can be made visible and that after a concerted improvement effort, the users of these processes will experience higher quality.
I love tackling dynamic, complex challenges and throughout the entire improvement process, I want to bring the people around me with me. Sustainable results can only be achieved with good cooperation and the creation of consensus. My international, multilingual background and experience in communications come in handy.
