It intrigues me to work together to take the organization to the next level. My practical background helps me analyze processes from different perspectives and get to the heart of the matter. My theoretical background supports me to lead projects in a structured way to the intended result, in this I use proven methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
I am flexible and take a very driven approach which makes me go that extra mile to not only achieve the goal, but also look beyond it. I strive for continuous improvement and find it important to keep developing myself.
