Lean Six Sigma Certification

Recognition of a training course taken is an important element. For our Lean Six Sigma training courses, we offer you the opportunity to earn an internationally recognized certificate. To this end, we cooperate with a number of exam institutes, including the LSSA (Lean Six Sigma Academy), University of Twente, APMG and Exin. Symbol is a so-called ATO (Accredited Training Organization) for these exam institutes. Therefore, you can register directly with us.

The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt certification consists of a theoretical exam. The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification consists of a theoretical and a practical exam. You will receive a partial certificate for passing the theoretical exam and the full certificate after also passing the practical projects. You can take exam training for both the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt exams.

Registering for the Lean Six Sigma theory exam

LSSA theory exams are administered in class and in writing at one of our locations (Amersfoort, Enschede). For larger groups, please contact us to take the exams in-company. All exams are available in both Dutch and English.

Registering for an LSSA theory exam is only possible if you hold an exam voucher. Don’t have an exam voucher yet? Then you can purchase it through the LSSA Webshop. After purchasing the voucher, you will receive the code by email. With that code, you can register for the theory exam.

After registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Did you not receive an email within 3 business days? Then contact info@lssa.eu.

Registering for and submitting the Lean Six Sigma practice exam

For the practical certificate, Lean Six Sigma Green Belts must submit one project and Lean Six Sigma Black Belts must submit two practical projects. You can use one of the two LSSA project templates for this purpose:

Please note that you can only submit projects as a PowerPoint file (no PDF). Use the button below to register and upload your practical exam directly.

*If you do not pass the exam, there is the option to apply for the retake. The requirements for the retake and the cost are the same as the first exam. There is one opportunity to retake the exam. However, you can apply for a lower level exam if you wish.
