Junior Consultant
With a background in Business Administration (MBA) and experience in both profit and non-profit sectors, Matteo has been joining Symbol’s team as a consultant since the end of 2024. He specializes in assisting organizations in implementing and optimizing quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
Matteo is analytically strong, people-oriented and communicative. He conducts internal audits, supervises improvement projects and knows how to translate complex issues into workable solutions. His strength lies in bridging departments and disciplines. He believes that real change is only possible through good cooperation and the management of interests and relationships within an organization.
What drives Matteo is improving processes in a way that is not only effective, but also supported by the people who work with them. His approach is characterized by structure, commitment and a critical, fresh perspective.
