Business Development Manager (Digital Transformation)

What will you be doing with us
You will engage with the client to determine where the organization currently stands and what intended objectives are. For this inventory, you mostly use an assessment tool. Based on this, you determine the Lean transition plan with the board and management team.
Based on your experience, you select the right tools (Lean building blocks). In implementation, you coach management and project leaders to successfully implement these tools in the organization. You will help develop improvement boards, implement standup meetings, eliminate waste in processes, etc. You also train employees in the new way of working.

Who are you?
Someone with extensive knowledge and experience of Lean and Operations management. You also have knowledge of Six Sigma, quality management and problem solving. Above all, you are an energetic personality who can drive and guide the Lean transition with enthusiasm and persuasiveness. Preferably you live in the middle (Amersfoort) or east (Enschede) of the Netherlands, but you do not mind traveling within the Netherlands.
Your profile
- A completed college or university degree, preferably engineering business administration, mechanical engineering or chemical engineering.
- You have at least 8 years of experience in applying Lean.
- You have been an executive, project manager or consultant.
- You enjoy providing training as well.
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages (verbal and written).
