With over 25 years of experience in Lean management and a deep technical background, I have dedicated my career to increasing the innovative power and improvement capability of organizations. I specialize in improving critical KPIs such as delivery reliability, lead time and capacity. In doing so, I use innovative approaches to planning, continuous improvement and strategy execution and development. Since 2010, I have been using Toyota Kata in the process.
During my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients in a variety of industries, from automotive to healthcare and from machine shops to furniture factories. My approach is practical in nature strongly influenced by the desire to effectively achieve meaningful results. I am passionate about the cultural dimension of Lean and strive to make continuous improvement truly continuous.
