Then sign up for this Master Black Belt training. In many cases, the Master Black Belt is responsible for rolling out the overall Lean Six Sigma program in the organization, which includes the training program.
The Master Black Belt supports management in selecting appropriate breakthrough projects and coaches Green and Black Belts in executing their projects.
The Master Black Belt has at least five years of experience in executing Lean Six Sigma projects himself.
For whom
This training is designed for Lean Six Sigma Black Belts with at least five years of project experience who want to advance to Master Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Deployment leader or Lean Six Sigma trainer.
To participate in this training, you must meet the following criteria:
- Passed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt exam (ASQ, LSSA or similar).
- At least five years of hands-on experience in executing Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt projects.
- Several years of experience coaching Lean Six Sigma Green Belts or Lean Six Sigma Black Belts.
- You should bring your own completed Lean Six Sigma project and present and defend it to the other participants.
Objective
After this training you are better able to support organizations in developing their improvement strategy.
You will also be able to manage improvement and change projects more effectively.
Besides gaining new techniques and knowledge, you will also present and defend your own completed project.
You will receive feedback on this from the group and from an experienced Master Black Belt.
You will also be asked to present a topic of your choice (approximately 45 minutes) on one of the Master Black Belt days.

This training consists of several master classes, which can also be followed separately.
To obtain the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certificate, you must attend 3 mandatory master classes and at least 4 master classes of your choice from the program below.
