Developing an improvement strategy and then establishing and rolling it out is challenging. This requires a clear vision, a plan of action, a team, projects, training, coaching, and more. For many organizations, setting up and directing such a program is not an everyday activity, and so the help of an internal or external MBB is often sought. In this master class, we cover how to set up and manage such a program.
