In this master class, we cover how to set up and manage such a program.

Lean (Six Sigma) transformation requires leadership from everyone in the organization. This training is suitable for several people in the organization, especially for anyone who initiates, designs and directs improvement programs. Prior knowledge of Lean is required.

Content of training
We start from the long-term strategic goal of the participants’ organizations. We briefly review the Hoshin Kanri and the CIMM assessment. We then work in groups to create an improvement plan.
