I have over 15 years of experience improving results through the implementation of Continuous Improvement philosophies such as Lean, Six Sigma, WCM and TPM in industry. My strength is quickly seeing the current state regarding structures, skills and behaviors and then determining the route to success. This makes me a sparring partner and coach for management. I also enjoy helping employees grow in their roles through training and mentoring.
Through my enthusiasm, tenacity, ability to structure and humor, I achieve lasting change in structure and culture of an organization. Thus, operational results are improved and secured. In my private life, I use these character traits to push my own limits by running (half) marathons, among other things.
